This project involved a proposal for a 7 storey apartment block at the edge of Galway City, at a waterfront location within the curtilage of a Protected Structure. This office was commissioned to address ecological and planning concerns raised by the Local Authority.
Specialist planning inputs included the preparation of a Planning Statement, co-ordination of the Further Information Response and the Response to a third Party Grounds of Appeal. Specialist ecological inputs included the preparation of a Natura impact Statement and a Construction Environmental Management Plan. The project is ongoing.
